Roanoke VA – The TAP Board of Directors announced on February 20, 2024 that it has appointed Ms. Angela Penn at TAP’s fourth President and CEO, succeeding Ms. Annette Lewis, who earlier in 2023 announced her March 1, 2024 retirement after 35 years of service. Ms. Penn is currently the Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate Development and Energy Conservation and Housing rehab.
