Richmond VA – Community Action was at the General Assembly on January 25 to thank our legislators for their investments in economic mobility through community action! The Virginia Community Action Partnership is working to increase funding for Volunteer Income Tax Assistance sites and share models for expanding community action’s whole family approach to service delivery that breaks the cycle of poverty.
