From time to time we will ask you questions about things you do and places you go, mostly in regards to the VACAP Conferences that you attend. Collection of this information is completely voluntary. We want to know these things about you so we can provide you with better service and the most relevant content possible. This information will be shared with others in its aggregate only. For example, we may disclose to a potential hotel for our conference that 100 people who have attended our conferences in the past are interersted in lower nightly room rates, but your individual identity will never be revealed.

We do this by taking every reasonable means to insure your information can not be accessed by anyone except VACAP Staff. All user information sits behind a firewall, and no one except the network administrator has the ability to access it internally.
