US Interagency Council on Homelessness Recognizes Virginia CASH Campaign & VACAP

The Virginia CASH Campaign is supported by a Commonwealth of Virginia General Fund appropriation of $230,000 annually to maximize use of the federal Earned Income Tax Credit.
