In the January 14, 2010 online edition, Dan Parsons writes that James City nonprofits plead for funding:
"On top of providing services for underprivlidged residents, the Williamsburg-James City County Community Action Agency is seeing more people pushed through its doors by tough ecomonic realities, Executive Director Reba Bolden told the Board of Supervisors Tuesday."
