Larry Hypes, writing in the Bluefield Daily Telegraph, said that Thursday's celebration of the 45th anniversary of Clinch Valley Community Action was a celebration of ongoing community service. Jim Schuyler, Executive Director of the Virginia Community Action Partnership was keynote speaker.
"Clinch Valley Community Action represents what is good and what is working for these types of programs", said Schuyler.
